We're just a couple of friends from the same school who share a passion for working out and science. Between hitting the gym and balancing schoolwork, we realized we wanted to do something more with the knowledge we've picked up along the way. Since we're all pretty academically inclined and love digging into research, we thought, why not combine what we know about fitness with solid, science-backed strategies? That's how the idea for this program came about—we wanted to create something that helps others reach their goals while blending our shared passions.
We wanted to create a science-based bodybuilding program that combined both the fun elements of working out as well as the research-backed literature on hypertrophy. As a result, we looked extensively into the latest studies on exercise selection, training intensity, and more in the hopes we could create a program that maximizes both gains and fun.
